How we ship your order and how returns work.
Orders are packed and dispatched from our facility as quickly as possible, typically within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We ship Australia-wide using standard courier services. Tracking is provided where available so you can follow your parcel.
Free delivery may apply on orders over the threshold shown in our site banner (e.g. A$50+). The exact offer can change; the checkout and promotional messaging on the site apply at the time you order.
Estimated delivery is usually 3-5 business days after dispatch for metro areas; regional areas may take longer. These are estimates only. Carriers do not guarantee delivery dates.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, you may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery, unless the item is excluded below.
Custom or made-to-order parts, clearance items marked as final sale, or items damaged through misuse may not be eligible for return. Contact us if you are unsure.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at support@browsebits.com with your order details and photos where helpful. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Email support@browsebits.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send instructions and the return address.
